About the Opportunity
Anglicare NT is looking for a full-time Executive Manager (Identified) based in Winnellie, Darwin, NT.
This is a strategic leadership position and acts as a cultural change agent across the organisation. The role is central to developing and managing Aboriginal partnerships, driving implementation of our Reconciliation Action Plan, and enhancing workforce inclusion through collaboration and advocacy.
More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Leading strategic advice and consultancy for the CEO and the Executive team
- Co-chairing the Reconciliation Committee and managing RAP implementation
- Guiding Anglicare NT's Aboriginal Workforce Development Strategy
- Supporting the cultural competence of policies, practices, and service delivery
- Strengthening relationships with Aboriginal-led organisations and communities
- Developing and expanding the Partnership Support Services (PSS)
- Representing Anglicare NT at key forums and government/sector engagements
- Driving stakeholder engagement and public-facing advocacy for cultural safety
- Identifying and supporting fee-for-service opportunities in partnership support
- Leading initiatives that promote Aboriginal-led solutions and self-determination

About You
To qualify, you must be an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person with significant experience working with and for Aboriginal communities. Prior experience in an Executive Management or senior leadership role is essential.
Additionally, the following skills and qualifications will be highly valued:
- Business development, stakeholder engagement, or partnership management experience
- Background in community services, government, or NGO sectors
- Tertiary qualifications in business or social services (desirable but not essential)
- Proven leadership in managing policy, cultural competence, and workforce inclusion initiatives
- Ability to lead projects, prepare strategies, and support governance committees
